New Medications:

If you've recently been prescribed new medication you should always consider if it has any blood interactions.

for example blood thinners or blood pressure medication can cause you to bleed irregularly.

It would be in your best interest to get medical clearance from your doctor before scheduling your session.

Allergies:

Do have any strange interactions with colorful foods or foods with red food dye?

There's a small chance if you've reacted before that the ink can cause a reaction. The inks tattoo artists use on the skin are food grade, there are test we can do to patch test skin before committing to a colorful tattoo project.

How about reactions to medical bandages?

My aftercare includes a protective, medical grade patch of Saniderm that will sit over the tattoo to provide you with a sterile,

waterproof barrier until the 5th day of your healing process.  People can have

reactions due to the adhesive material in the bandage, If you are already aware that Band-Aids cause you skin irritations other accommodations can be made.

Muscular limitations:

Do you have frequent cramping issues? will holding a single position over hours of time be an issue for your session?

It may not be a deal breaker, I can make sure we take enough breaks to stretch or set up in such a way that could accommodate for muscular fatigue.

Pregnancy:

If you become pregnant its NOT recommended you should get tattooed.

Stress due to the painful nature of tattoos can be dangerous and leave the mothers immune system vulnerable to attack.
